  2. No parking First day to the 15th day of each month, from Apr. 1 to Nov. 30, inclusive
  3. No parking Anytime, from Dec. 1 of one year to Mar. 31 of the next following year, inclusive
  4. Permit parking 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  5. Permit parking 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
